This is in the Baxter's Harbour area, it is about 3/4 kilometer from the junction of the Old Baxter Harbour Road and on Long Beach Road. It is in the woods on the right side of the road. I went in a driveway that had a steel cable blocking the entrance (private property). After a short walk there was a fifth wheel travel trailer and the falls were to the left of it. The falls go into a ravine and I saw no easy way down to the bottom and it was icy everywhere. There were a set of stairs that had totally fallen apart and unsafe. The falls have a perfect drop of about 6.1 meters (20ft) and is framed in a small ravine. I have decided to start a new book "Waterfalls of Nova Scotia and Beyond". I will be hunting for some of the 1000 waterfalls in Nova Scotia but not in the winter, I prefer some leaves and colours and many of them require a lot of hiking to get to.
